In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

- "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who registers for or uses a sege77 account.

Access to and use of the sege77 platform is subject to the following mandatory eligibility requirements:
- Age: You must be at least 21 years of age to register or use the sege77 platform. This requirement is mandated by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law. sege77 strictly prohibits access by individuals under 21 years of age. sege77 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to immediately suspend or close any account where the 21+ age requirement cannot be verified.
- Jurisdiction: The sege77 platform is operated and licenced for use by residents of the Republic of the Philippines. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited or restricted do so at their own risk and in potential violation of local laws. sege77 makes no representation that the platform is legal or appropriate for use outside the Philippines.
- Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law. Persons who are legally prohibited from entering contracts (including those under guardianship or court-ordered incapacity) may not use the sege77 platform.

- Single Account: Each individual may hold only one (1) sege77 account. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.

Account Registration & Verification
To use the sege77 platform's gaming services, you must register a player account. By completing registration, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current.
- Registration Information: You must provide a valid Philippine mobile number, a date of birth confirming you are 21 or older, and a secure password. Your mobile number serves as your primary account identifier and OTP verification channel.
- Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. sege77 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. You must notify sege77 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
- KYC Verification: sege77 is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals. KYC documents required may include a valid government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, Driver's Licence, Passport, SSS ID, UMID), proof of address, and source of funds documentation for high-value transactions. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is completed.
- Account Accuracy: You must keep your account information current. sege77 reserves the right to suspend accounts where provided information is found to be false, misleading, or materially inaccurate.
All financial transactions on the sege77 platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). sege77 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies at the player account level.
- Accepted Payment Methods: sege77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Payment method availability is subject to change; current methods are displayed in the cashier section of the platform.
- Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.00, unless otherwise stated for specific payment methods. Minimum amounts are displayed at the time of transaction.

sege77 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
- Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits are specified in each promotion's individual terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
- One Bonus Per Player: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each player is entitled to claim each promotional offer once. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times through duplicate accounts or other means constitute a prohibited activity.

Gaming Rules & Fair Conduct
All games on the sege77 platform operate using independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Game outcomes are determined randomly and are not subject to manipulation by sege77 or any third party. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages displayed in game information accurately reflect the certified RTP for each title.
- Game Rules: Each game on the sege77 platform is governed by specific rules accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding game rules before placing wagers. Ignorance of game rules does not entitle a player to a refund of wagers placed.
- Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction that affects game outcomes, sege77 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund wagers to player balances. sege77 is not liable for losses attributable to technical failures beyond our reasonable control.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the sege77 platform and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to Philippine authorities:
- Registering or using a sege77 account if you are under 21 years of age.
- Registering more than one sege77 account, whether in your own name or using fictitious information.
- Using another person's identity, payment method, or account credentials without their authorisation.
- Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, including funds subject to criminal activity or money laundering.
- Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to play games or circumvent platform security measures.
- Exploiting software bugs, vulnerabilities, or errors in sege77's gaming systems. Any discovered vulnerability must be reported to sege77 support immediately.
- Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to influence game outcomes.
- Attempting to reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute any component of the sege77 platform.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing sege77 staff or other players through any communication channel.
- Providing false information during registration, KYC verification, or support interactions.
All content on the sege77 platform — including but not limited to the sege77 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and underlying code — is the exclusive intellectual property of sege77 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the sege77 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, or distribute any platform content; create derivative works based on platform content; or use the sege77 brand or trademarks in any manner without prior written consent from sege77.
Game content provided by third-party game providers on the sege77 platform remains the intellectual property of the respective providers and is governed by their applicable licence terms.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law:
- sege77 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. sege77 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors.
- sege77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunities attributable to technical downtime.
- sege77's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the relevant claim.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes sege77's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable Philippine law.
- You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose all funds wagered. sege77 does not guarantee winnings and is not liable for gaming losses incurred during legitimate gameplay.
sege77 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment that supports player wellbeing. As a PAGCOR-regulated operator, sege77 is required to implement and maintain responsible gaming measures, including:
- Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their sege77 account at any time. Once set, deposit limits may be reduced immediately but cannot be increased for a minimum of 7 days.
- Session Limits & Reality Checks: Players may configure session time limits and receive periodic reality check reminders of time spent on the platform.

Account Suspension & Termination
sege77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its reasonable discretion, including in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe after being requested to do so.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
- Reasonable suspicion that an account is being operated by a person under 21 years of age.
- Instruction by a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court of competent jurisdiction.
- Player request for account closure or self-exclusion.
Where an account is closed due to a player's breach of these Terms, sege77 reserves the right to forfeit all balances in that account, including any unconverted bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play. Where an account is closed for administrative reasons unrelated to player misconduct, verified PHP balances will be refunded to the player's registered payment method.

Amendments to These Terms
sege77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, sege77 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or on-platform notification, with a minimum of 7 days' notice before material amendments take effect.
Amendments that are required to comply with applicable law, PAGCOR regulatory directives, or urgent security requirements may take effect immediately without prior notice.
Your continued use of the sege77 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. The date of the most recent amendment is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the sege77 platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days of written notice by either party, it shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
Where a dispute relates to a regulatory matter within PAGCOR's supervisory authority, players may also submit a complaint to PAGCOR directly. sege77 will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR investigation or mediation process.
